Scope is what is approved—not what is assumed.

These Terms govern Cadrivio’s digital marketing, creative, website, Meta-management, growth-management, AI-assisted, domain-assistance, and portal services. One-time work begins after verified payment and required intake. Recurring Meta Ads Management ($300/month) and Growth Management ($499/month) renew monthly until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice by email. Amounts already due remain payable; work may pause for late or failed payment; fees are non-refundable after work for the billing period begins, except where required by law. New York law applies and, where legally permitted, proceedings may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Queens County, New York.
