LEAD FOLLOW-UP
A lead is not a result until someone responds.
A website or campaign can generate an inquiry, but the business still needs a clear path from first contact to the next customer decision.
Choose the first owner
Assign a real person or team to receive inquiries. Include a backup when that person is unavailable so leads do not sit unanswered.
Keep the first response useful
Reply with the information required for the next decision: availability, a direct question, a link, a booking option, or a clear request for missing details.
Record the source
Note whether a lead came from the website, Meta, a referral, or another source. Even a simple record makes it easier to understand which part of the system needs attention.
Respect consent and privacy
Use the contact details a customer has shared for the requested conversation. Keep access limited and avoid turning a one-time inquiry into unwanted outreach.
